6. VOI Inventory
The Company’s VOI inventory consisted of the following (in thousands):
Construction-in-progress consists primarily of additional VOI units being developed at The Cliffs at Long Creek in Ridgedale, Missouri. In July 2022, the Company purchased 46 one-bedroom units at a resort in Vail, Colorado for $18.6 million. The transaction was accounted for as an asset acquisition with the purchase price allocated to VOI inventory in the Company’s unaudited consolidated balance sheet as of September 30,2022. |
